Hidden behind a mirror of snow
With smiles of glitter and smiles of gold
Something glorious to behold
But I couldn’t see this ethral me
Because of the mirror I couldn’t see.
But as Spring approached and brought the sun
I knew my days of darkness were done
And as the snow began to melt
I wasn’t surprised by how I felt
To knows the smiles of gold and glitter
To leave the cold, unwanted winter.
